As a Strategist at Deckel & Moneypenny, you’ll be the visionary force and the primary voice that ensures every immersive experience is rooted in a deep, actionable brand narrative. From initial discovery sessions to the final campaign copy, you will be responsible for defining the "why" and crafting the "what." You will ensure our designs don't just look amazing but communicate effectively, solving real business problems through strategic insight and compelling storytelling.
Essential Job Functions
Analyze
client business objectives, market trends, and audience personas to develop comprehensive engagement strategies.
Conceptualize
integrated brand narratives, attendee journey maps, and experiential touchpoints.
Craft & Execute
campaign copywriting, including headlines, digital engagement scripts, and promotional messaging that aligns with the project’s strategic goals.
Translate
complex project goals into clear interpretive plans that guide the 3D design and creative teams from concept to execution.
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to manage project objectives, ensuring that strategic intent remains intact throughout the budget and timeline phases.
Create
comprehensive strategy briefs and ROI reports to support the unique needs of each client project.
Prepare and Present
strategic recommendations and pitch narratives in high-stakes client and internal presentations.
Requirements
In-person:
Full-time in-person presence required at our Louisville, KY Office.
Software proficiency:
Proficiency in creating clear, compelling presentations using tools like Keynote, PowerPoint, or similar platforms to communicate strategic intent; Proficient in 3D & visualization tools is a plus.
Collaborative Leadership:
Ability to facilitate discovery sessions and bridge the gap between client objectives, account management, and the creative design team.
Narrative Precision:
Exceptional writing skills with a focus on strategic messaging, headlines, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all project touchpoints.
Analytical Thinking:
Able to synthesize client data and industry trends into concise, executable creative briefs and project recaps.
Proactive Problem-Solver:
A resourceful thinker who can navigate complex client challenges and provide clear strategic direction.
Confident Presenter:
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present "the big idea" internally and to clients.
