Sign-On Bonus Opportunities

All New Hires:

$250 after 60 days

$500 after 90 days

Experienced Sales Candidates:

$500 after 60 days

$1,000 after 90 days

Payouts contingent on active employment and satisfactory performance.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional buying experience

Identify customer needs through active listening and product knowledge

Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives

Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring full understanding of features, warranties, and paperwork

Stay up to date on inventory, features, and automotive technology

Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to generate repeat and referral business

Collaborate with management, service, and reconditioning teams

Attend training and sales meetings to continuously improve What We’re Looking For

No automotive sales experience required – we will train the right person

Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mentality

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
