Responsibilities:
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of the product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses.
Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-ownedvehicles.
Negotiate closure clearly and concisely.
Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively.
Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value-added products, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Auto Sales experience preferred
Proven track record in sales
Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Self-Starter mentality and ambitious spirit
Valid driver's licenseand acceptable DMV record required
Willing to submit pre-employment background check, DMV record, and drug screen
