Perform other documentation-related tasks as required. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in technical writing, communications, engineering, manufacturing, or another relevant field. 1+ years of experience with Paligo or a similar structured authoring tool such as MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, structured FrameMaker, etc. A portfolio of previous technical writing work. Extensive and demonstrable experience, proficiency, and/or passion for understanding, working with, and learning about complex machinery. Key Skills

Excellent writing and editing skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Strong interpersonal communication skills for working and building relationships with technicians, mechanics, assemblers, and other hands-on SMEs.
