Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Sales Agent to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a consultative approach to sales. As a Personal Lines Sales Agent, you will play a key role in converting inbound leads, generating new business, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional in-office presence. Compensation Package

Base Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 (commensurate with experience) Commissions: Competitive commission structure Comprehensive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities

Convert inbound leads and generate new business through outbound outreach and networking. Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage. Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for personal insurance products, including home, auto, umbrella, and more. Collaborate with underwriters and the Personal Lines Manager to ensure proper account placement. Attend local networking events, chamber of commerce meetings, and community activities to build relationships and identify new business opportunities (may include events outside normal business hours). Maintain detailed and accurate records in Applied Epic and related systems. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to sales initiatives. Qualifications/Requirements

Current Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 60 days). 1–3 years of experience in personal lines or a related sales role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Applied Epic, and comparative rater systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, driven, and goal‑oriented mindset. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail. Adaptable and confident in managing both inbound and outbound sales opportunities. Desired Soft Skills
