Pay Rate $49/hr. on W2 without Benefits
Job Description
Development and Authoring of Structured On The Job Training Instructions through deployment of a supplier tool for Aircraft Mechanic learning and skill development.
This will require reviewing existing work instructions and engineering process documents to determine expected learning objectives and transition to required documents utilizing tools within the MS Office Suite.
Working directly with program functional customers and a technical team including IT both internally (Boeing) and externally (supplier), Learning Program Managers/Instructional Developers, Coaches, Trainers, Trainees, Manufacturing Managers and Project Managers for alignment.
This initiative will span across the BDS business unit, working with several programs simultaneously to ensure both standardization and meeting individual program/division priorities based on skills, work instruction detail, production rate and complexity.
Required Qualifications
Coursework Development, experience with technical planning, processes, or work instructions
Preferred Qualifications
Involvement with Export Controlled information (ITAR/EAR)
Education/Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
