Social Experience & Content Specialist
Office Revolution, Chicago, IL, United States
Office Revolution is looking for a highly creative, people-oriented
Social Experience & Content Specialist
to bring our brand to life in real time. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. You’ll be out in the field—on job sites, at installations, in showrooms, and at industry events—capturing the energy, craftsmanship, and culture that define what we do. You’ll turn those moments into thoughtful, engaging content that connects with our audience and reinforces our position as a leader in the workplace industry. Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll help shape and execute a steady stream of content that feels authentic, elevated, and aligned with our brand.
Job Responsibilities Capture The Work As It Happens
Visit active job sites, installations, and client spaces to document progress and key moments.
Attend events, showroom activations, and team gatherings to capture real-time content.
Identify authentic, unscripted moments that tell a stronger story than staged content.
Create Content That Connects
Produce high-quality photo, video, and short-form content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Write clear, engaging captions that reflect our voice—professional, design-forward, and human.
Translate day-to-day activity into content that highlights our expertise and culture.
Work directly with sales, design, project management, and leadership to surface content opportunities.
Partner with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, priorities, and brand standards.
Support Social Execution
Help manage and execute the social content calendar.
Lead initiatives to improve AP processes, implement efficiencies, and optimize financial systems. Post and monitor content, engage with audiences, and stay current on platform trends.
Track performance and bring ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing.
Strong photography and video skills (editing experience a plus).
A natural eye for composition, detail, and design.
Confidence working in active environments (construction sites, client spaces, events).
Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable engaging with teams and capturing people on camera.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
Why This Role Works
You’re not just creating content—you’re embedded in the work.
You’ll have access to real projects, real people, and real moments.
Your work will directly shape how Office Revolution shows up in the market.
You’ll be part of a team that values design, relationships, and doing things differently.
