Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Instructional Designer position located in Nashville, TN. The Instructional Designer will analyze organizational learning needs to develop and implement effective instructional materials. Responsibilities include designing curricula, creating training programs, managing learning management systems, and collaborating with educators to enhance professional development. Candidates will ensure that materials align with educational goals and support the district's mission of fostering student success.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Needs Analysis and assessing organizational training requirements
Advanced skills in Instructional Design and developing educational content
Experience in Training & Development and delivering professional development programs
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and related technologies
Expertise in Curriculum Development and alignment with educational standards
Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in educational software and instructional tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
