Job Title : Social Media Manager

Reports To : Sr. Director, Growth and Demand

Location : Remote – Dallas, TX

Hours Required : Full-Time, Exempt

Travel : Up to 25%

About The Role TOCA Centers generate hundreds of powerful moments every day — from training breakthroughs to celebrations and community connection. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to ensure those moments reach the world. This role owns TOCA’s organic social presence, responsible for both strategy and execution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. You will build and execute social strategies, manage day‑to‑day publishing, and create campaigns that drive engagement, participation, and cultural relevance. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the mechanics of social growth and the culture of the sport—someone who can turn content into conversation and build a community that reflects the passion and energy of soccer.

Your Game Plan Community Building & Engagement (35%)

Serve as the voice of TOCA across social media platforms

Engage with players, families, and fans through comments, direct messages, and community conversations

Build relationships with creators, players, and community members contributing to TOCA’s digital presence

Encourage players and guests to share their experiences and become part of the TOCA story

Social Strategy & Channel Operations (35%)

Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with growth objectives

Manage publishing calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Lead UGC initiatives that drive participation and sharing

Develop hashtag campaigns and social challenges to expand reach Partner with content teams to ensure a steady pipeline of engaging content

Monitor trends and ensure TOCA participates in relevant cultural and soccer conversations

Organic Growth & Performance (30%)

Drive follower growth across TOCA social channels

Increase engagement through compelling storytelling and community interaction

Develop viral and shareable campaigns that amplify the brand

Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights

Qualifications & Experience

3–6 years of experience managing social media for a brand, sports organization, or creator‑driven platform

Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, growth strategies, and audience behavior

Experience executing UGC campaigns, hashtag strategies, and community engagement initiatives

Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and storytelling

Experience using analytics tools to track performance and optimize content strategy

Passion for soccer, sports culture, or community storytelling strongly preferred
