
Digital Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Digital Web Marketing website Specialist to manage and optimize the company’s online presence, website performance, and digital campaigns. This role focuses on updating existing platform, migration of additional sites to AEM, improving user experience, increasing conversions, and supporting overall online growth through data-driven web marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage website content through AEM Client platforms
Support site migrations to AEM
Manage and optimize the company website for performance, usability, and conversions
Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices
Coordinate with designers and developers to improve UX/UI
Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, and conversion performance
Partner with internal stakeholders and global teams on web strategy
Required Skills
Proven experience (2+ years) working with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites)
Strong understanding of Client content structuring, metadata, tagging, and page templates
Familiarity with Figma and JIRA
Understanding of Amplitude Analytics, Semrush
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
QA and testing experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Understanding of UX/UI principles
