Description Offering a stylish and modern hospitality experience, NoMo SoHo is a 264‑room boutique hotel located in the heart of Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood. Known for its distinctive design, popular restaurant and bar, 26th floor Penthouse and terrace and unique art‑infused meeting spaces, NoMo SoHo is a key player in New York’s competitive hotel landscape, attracting a diverse mix of leisure and business travelers from around the world.
As the tallest free‑standing building in the neighborhood, panoramas of Manhattan come standard with your stay. NoMo SoHo offers an unmatched perspective with 360‑degree views of the skyline.
This on‑site position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM), with oversight from hotel General Manager and Crescent corporate marketing partners, while also working closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure that all commercial initiatives are aligned and impactful. We’re seeking a bold, data‑savvy marketing leader who can blend hospitality storytelling with analytical precision to grow market share and attract travelers across every segment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of the hotel’s organic social media strategy including content planning, scheduling, and publishing
Manage social media engagement and community management to strengthen brand presence
Lead on‑property content development including photography and video to support campaigns and storytelling
Execute email marketing initiatives supporting transient, group, and wedding segments
Ensure marketing content reflects brand positioning and supports hotel initiatives
Support activation of the annual marketing plan and campaign initiatives
Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform marketing execution
Partner with Crescent corporate marketing to align on initiatives and priorities
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives
Serve as the primary on‑property marketing contact supporting hotel departments
Participate in weekly leadership meetings and commercial discussions
Support Sales, Catering, and Events teams with marketing materials and initiatives
Partner with Operations and Food & Beverage on activations and guest programming
Provide marketing perspective to support hotel initiatives and experiences
Identify and support influencer partnerships and collaborations
Assist in development of local brand partnerships and community relationships
Coordinate with tourism organizations and local marketing partners
Support initiatives that strengthen the hotel’s presence within the SoHo community
Maintain brand standards across marketing materials and guest touchpoints
Oversee development and organization of marketing collateral and presentations
Support management of photography and video asset libraries
Ensure consistency in storytelling across marketing channels
Support development of marketing performance reports and insights
Assist with budget tracking, invoice management, and vendor coordination
Maintain organization of marketing projects and timelines
Support operational processes that ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
Act as a key liaison between hotel departments and corporate marketing
Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Food & Beverage teams
Support communication of marketing initiatives and priorities internally
Partner with agency and vendor partners to support marketing execution
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or brand marketing environments preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
