Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, digital media, journalism, or related field

5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, branding, or creative strategy

Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Experience managing social media strategy, content creation, and analytics

Ability to oversee website content and updates within a CMS

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience collaborating with photographers, videographers, designers, and vendors

Ability to maintain brand consistency and visual identity standards

Strong interpersonal and cross-departmental collaboration skills

Commitment to the mission, values, and Catholic identity of AMHS

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field

Experience in education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations

Familiarity with CMS platforms

Advanced photography or videography skills

Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and analytics tools

Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships

Salary Range $60,000 - $70,000 . Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy

Lead public relations, digital, print, and social media initiatives

Manage the marketing and communications budget

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Review and approve publications and creative assets

Use analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness

Collaborate with leadership and departments on targeted content

Maintain brand standards and approve apparel for compliance

Represent AMHS at marketing-related events

Communications Management

Oversee all official school communications

Manage external consultants and printing vendors

Produce weekly newsletters and coordinate the annual Summer Mailing

Maintain email lists and ensure timely communication

Provide writing and editorial support

Lead content strategy and visual storytelling across social media

Marketing & Digital Presence

Create marketing materials, advertisements, publications, and digital content

Support graphic design needs for campaigns and special project

Website Oversight

Oversee daily updates and content creation for the AMHS website

Create event registration pages and landing pages

Manage digital assets within the CMS

Creative & Graphic Design Direction

Lead visual design for school programs, events, and departments

Develop logos, graphics, and visual content

Ensure creative work reflects Catholic identity and mission

Manage digital archives and coordinate with external vendors

Multimedia Production

Direct photo and video strategy for marketing campaigns

Collaborating with photographers and videographers

Oversee ongoing photography of events and student life

Edit, archive, and maintain multimedia assets

Ensure alignment between strategic goals and creative output

School Representation

Represent AMHS at conferences, community events, and professional gatherings.

Serve as a key ambassador of the school's mission, values, and brand identity.
