Overview Job Purpose

The Relationship Management Coordinator will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and other internal teams to assist on day-to-day client deliverables which are critical to providing a high level of service to our clients.

The RM Coordinator will continually refine processes and tasks to achieve maximum efficiency and consistency in client deliverables within Relationship Management team at Fixed Income & Data Services.

Responsibilities

Carry out daily operational tasks relating to ICE’s entitlements systems

Assisting RMs with day-to-day billing related queries

Reviewing contracts on behalf of the RM team

Assisting RMs with day-to-day CRM activity to include reporting and data entry

Assisting in the management of projects across Fixed Income & Data Services

Working on ad-hoc projects as and when required for the RM team

Working on account revenue reports and service mappings

Working on Financial / Product report reconciliation with Key stakeholders

Working closely with our Commercial Operations team to structure deals

Opportunity for exposure to client dialogue and negotiations

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree

An interest in developing a career in Financial Services

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to summarize and present work succinctly and accurately

Have a clear commitment to the team approach and ability to work unsupervised

Ability to meet deadlines

Collaborative & team player

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, predominantly MS Excel

Knowledge of Financial Industry - beneficial but not essential

New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $60,000 – $80,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.

Illinois Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in Illinois, is between $55,000 – $65,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
