About the Role
We are seeking a
Graphic Designer
to help communicate important information to the public in a clear, accurate, and accessible way.
This role supports public education, outreach, and internal communication efforts by creating high-quality visual materials across print and digital platforms.
You will collaborate with our Communications team to ensure all materials are professional, consistent, and aligned with the office’s mission of transparency and service.
What You’ll Do
Design print materials including brochures, signage, and presentations
Create graphics for social media and email communications
Maintain consistent branding across all materials
Coordinate print production with vendors
Support outreach and communication initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, branding)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
High attention to detail and organization
Interest in public service and community impact
Qualifications
Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field
OR equivalent professional experience (3+ years)
Experience in graphic design or visual communications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience preparing files for print production
Work Environment
Full-time, on-site role in Gainesville, Florida
Occasional evening/weekend events
Collaborative, mission-driven environment
