Our client, a leading independent wealth management firm, is looking for a Senior Advisor to support high-net-worth clients. Individuals, multi-generational families, and family offices.
This role partners closely with portfolio managers and advisory teams to deliver high-touch client service while managing account administration and complex client relationships.
Responsibilities
Provide client service support for high-net-worth and family office clients
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
Coordinate closely with portfolio managers and advisory teams to support ongoing client needs
Manage account administration (openings, transactions, maintenance)
Coordinate client meetings and prepare reports and communications
Coordinate with external advisors (tax professionals, attorneys, accountants) regarding trust, tax, and entity-related matters
Support relationships involving trusts, foundations, and complex entity structures
Proactively resolve client service issues while maintaining strict confidentiality
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency
Work with trusts, foundations, and entity structures
Qualifications
10+ years experience in wealth management, private banking, or family office support
Experience with trust and fiduciary accounts
Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Base salary: $120K–$160K + Bonus & Equity eligibility
