The

Investor Relations (IR) Coordinator

is a high‑impact position that serves as a key liaison between investor relations and the financial community, managing the complex scheduling of investor roadshows, analyst conferences, and investor and research analyst requests. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with corporate access teams and maximizing high‑quality interactions between executives and the financial community. This position reports to the Vice President of Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule all buy side and sell side meeting requests with senior executives and the investor relations team.

Build relationships with investors, analysts and corporate access teams.

Organize trips and manage all travel logistics for investor road shows and conferences.

Coordinate quarterly update calls with sell side analysts.

Schedule all quarterly earnings follow‑up calls with buy side investors and sell side analysts.

Play a lead role in organizing periodic Investor Days.

Maintain the investor relations database (Nasdaq IR Insight) to track investor interactions.

Work with the investor relations team on investor targeting.

Support investor relations team during the quarterly earnings process.

Issue press releases for quarterly earnings, dividend announcements and other miscellaneous releases, e.g., officer promotions, sustainability report publication.

Print quarterly investor relations books.

Assist the investor relations executive assistant on an as‑needed basis.

Job Requirements

Self‑starter with a can‑do attitude. Detail oriented.

Experience interacting with senior management is strongly preferred and must have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with all levels of management, clients and personnel.

Experience in domestic and international travel logistics required. Flexibility to work at different hours.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Calendar, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum of 3 years work experience required.

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Position will be filled commensurate with experience.
