What a Typical Day Could Look Like As a Senior Leasing Professional, you'll be the driving force behind our leasing success, leading the charge in attracting and retaining high-quality residents. You'll be a master of the sales cycle, guiding prospective residents from their initial inquiry to the moment they sign their lease. Every day will bring a dynamic blend of market analysis, marketing initiatives, and resident interaction, making this a rewarding role for those who enjoy variety and the satisfaction of achieving ambitious goals.
You are the Market Expert!
Dive deep into market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, using your insights to inform pricing strategies and marketing campaigns!
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media) to attract qualified leads!
You are the Sales Maestro!
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents!
Showcase the unique features and amenities of our community, highlighting the benefits of choosing Kairoi as their home!
Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to effectively close deals with prospective residents, securing lease agreements that meet property objectives!
You are the Resident Advocate!
Build rapport and establish positive relationships with current residents, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere!
Develop and implement successful resident retention programs, ensuring that our residents feel valued and appreciated!

Requirements Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Three plus years of proven experience in leasing, preferably in a luxury multifamily setting.
Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team of leasing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Proficiency in property management software (Yardi or RealPage preferred). Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and other applicable regulations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful resident retention programs.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Possess strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals with prospective residents, securing lease agreements that meet property objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, prospects, and colleagues.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
