Senior Designer – HID Account Design

This role is categorized as **remote** or **hybrid**to Warren, MI or Sunnyvale, CA or Mountain View, CA. Remote candidates will be considered. If you live within 50 miles of a GM hub location (San Francisco Bay Area, CA or Warren, MI), you are expected to report to the office three times per week, or other frequency dictated by the business. **This role requires*** 5+ years of product design experience across web and mobile, with clear examples of shipping products at scale and taking end-to-end ownership of design outcomes* Proven ability to operate as a strategic, systems-level thinker* Adaptability and ease in navigating ambiguity to shape high-impact north star experience vision* Exceptional craft and execution skills, demonstrated through consistent high-quality interaction and visual work, with deep fluency in Figma* A strong taste and judgment, with a clear sense of what to include, what to refine, and what to leave out* Evidence of original and critical thinking, with the ability to clearly articulate and own design points of view* A collaborative, low ego mindset paired with strong conviction—open to feedback and iteration, while able to take a stand and own decisions when alignment is needed* A designer with strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rational and trade-offs to cross-functional partners and senior leadership**This role is not for** Strategy-only designers or wireframers.
