Export Sales Business Manager - South American Market (Bilingual English/Spanish) Location:
Los Angeles, CA (On‑site, Monday‑Friday)
Travel:
50-70 days per year, including international travel & trade shows
About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Export Sales Business Manager
to lead and grow sales across
Mexico and South America . This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle- from concept and product development through marketing and customer delivery-while building strong relationships with major retailers throughout the region.
If you thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment, excel at cross‑functional teamwork, and have a proven track record selling consumer products internationally, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Drive export sales growth throughout
Mexico and South America , with a focus on major retail partners.
Manage the
complete sales process , partnering with Creative, Product Development, and Marketing teams to bring products to market.
Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers through regular communication and collaborative problem‑solving.
Coordinate and host customer visits at our Los Angeles corporate headquarters.
Represent the company at domestic and international
trade shows , including up to 50-70 travel days per year outside the U.S.
Qualifications & Requirements Required
Los Angeles‑based
- full‑time, on‑site at corporate HQ (Monday‑Friday).
Bachelor's degree
in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven sales experience
in consumer products, with established retailer knowledge in
Mexico and South America .
Experience selling
dinnerware, cookware, cutlery, kitchen tools , and other home goods.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional
organizational and multi‑tasking abilities .
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ideal Candidate
A proactive, relationship‑focused sales professional who understands regional markets across Latin America.
Skilled at managing multiple projects from concept through delivery.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
