How will you make an impact? The Marcom Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. This role is responsible for coordinating digital and traditional marketing initiatives, developing marketing collateral, and tracking performance metrics to improve effectiveness. The position works closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution across all channels.
What will you do? Campaign Management
Support development, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns
Track and report campaign performance metrics
Manage LinkedIn page posting and engagement
Build targeted prospect lists and execute outbound email campaigns (Pardot, MailChimp)
Track digital engagement and site performance
Marcom
Develop and coordinate collateral and promotional materials with agency partners
Organize SEO content updates and blog management
Support tradeshow logistics and event coordination
Website and Digital Platform Management
Operational and Administrative Support
Manage marketing expense tracking and submission
Oversee SWAG inventory and ordering
Maintain SharePoint and publish content for internal use
Measures of Success
On‑time execution of marketing initiatives
Accuracy and effectiveness of marketing communications
Operational efficiency and budget adherence
How will you get rewarded? Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $65,000 – $87,000 annually (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.)

How will you get here? Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree
2–5 years of experience in a marketing or marcom role
Experience supporting multi‑channel campaign execution
A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and high attention to detail with a proven ability to manage and meet multiple competing deadlines.
Team‑oriented with a natural curiosity to understand and learn all areas of the business.
Self‑starter mentality, with a willingness to independently identify and solve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project management and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
Proficient in marketing automation (Pardot, MailChimp), CRM (Salesforce), analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI), and CMS platforms (WordPress).
