Job Summary Bobrick and Koala Kare are seeking an Associate Shopper Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Communications team based in our corporate headquarters. In this role, you will support the development and execution of shopper marketing initiatives across key e‑commerce and distributor partners, helping to bring products to life through compelling storytelling and a strong, optimized retail presence.
Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, the Associate Shopper Marketing Manager will collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Management, and external partners to drive alignment, enhance retail execution, and contribute to performance‑driven growth. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with a collaborative, cross‑functional team.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position (5 days per week in office). The ideal candidate brings approximately five years of shopper marketing experience (B2B experience preferred), with Amazon experience considered a strong plus, and holds a four‑year degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison for e‑commerce partners (Webstaurant, Amazon, Tundra, and key national distributors with e‑com presence), contributing to campaign planning, calendar alignment, content prioritization, SKU selection, messaging development, placement logistics and issue resolution.
Extract and analyze available performance data; capture in‑environment screenshots, maintain campaign calendars, and conduct post‑launch reporting to inform future optimizations.
Develop product storytelling and A+ strategy, gallery logic, and copy frameworks, while coordinating asset workflows and managing creative approvals with internal and external partners.
Collaborate with Sales on ensuring promotional allowances support demand generation, with Marketing Communications, Product Managers, and external partners to ensure timely execution and cross‑functional alignment of shopper initiatives.
Develop and maintain an audit template for partner page evaluations and recommendations; establish and execute a cadence for auditing existing and future partners, coordinating with Sales to support implementation.
Create and maintain a master product data file, ensuring partners have access to accurate copy points, imagery, DAM assets, descriptions and required product information.
Support budget tracking by documenting campaign costs and assisting with reporting against approved plans.
Photo Shoot Management
Partner with cross‑functional teams to define shot lists, timelines, SKU priorities, and asset requirements based on campaign objectives and retailer specifications.
Develop preliminary shopper‑facing copy in advance of photoshoots to guide asset creation and ensure consistency across retail environments.
Plan and develop cadence for product, lifestyle, and video photoshoots for e‑com channels, including booking photographers and talent as needed (handling releases), managing shoot days, ordering and inspecting products, and coordinating with internal teams and facility services.
Coordinate with Associate Content Specialist on website needs for cost efficiencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
A minimum of five years of shopper marketing experience (B2B experience preferred).
Basic understanding of shopper marketing principles and how buyers interact across digital and distributor channels.
Experience supporting eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, distributor websites, retail partner portals).
Familiarity with digital merchandising best practices (product pages, content optimization, SEO, A+ content, etc.).
Comfortable making data‑informed decisions to improve performance.
Ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and external partners.
Ability to balance brand objectives with sales goals.
Familiarity with creative workflows, approvals, and asset coordination.
Understanding of brand consistency across channels.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
Adaptable and comfortable working in evolving or ambiguous environments.
Customer‑focused with an interest in improving the buyer experience.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 10‑25 pounds (with assistance) for occasional photo shoots.

Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility as needed based on business demands)
Salary $102,000.00 - $115,000.00
