Amerge is looking for a
Performance Marketing Strategist
with at least 2 years of B2B experience to drive our digital presence, generate leads, and optimize engagement. You will align marketing with business goals, collaborate across the UK, Germany, and the US, and help shape our digital roadmap. This role blends digital marketing, paid advertising, and SEO to accelerate brand awareness and business growth. You will be responsible for PPC strategy, campaign ideation and execution, analytics, and website updates to ensure a strong digital footprint. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. Own performance marketing strategy and budget. Optimize ad spend to drive conversions, engagement, and lead generation. Collaborate on Marketing MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) to report on performance and strategy. Identify landing pages needed for campaign purposes and collaborate on their creation. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance. Monitor key campaign metrics, generate reports in Google Looker Studio, and provide data-driven recommendations. SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings. Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure relevance and effectiveness Use Google Analytics and Search Console to track website traffic and user behavior Implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and visibility. Content Marketing & Growth Strategy: Create blog posts, email campaigns, and digital assets to drive conversions. Ensure consistent branding across channels Identify and execute data-driven growth opportunities Stay ahead of digital marketing trends PPC Skills : Solid understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience. SEO Skills : Solid understanding of SEO techniques and keyword research with at least 2 years of experience. Additional Tools : Experience with email marketing platforms such as Brevo and website content management platforms such as WordPress. Design : Experience with simple design work using Figma, Canva, or PowerPoint. Analytics : Experience with Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools. Nice to have:
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines Previous working experience with other paid ads systems, for examples Reddit Ads Great writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong strategic and analytical thinking. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Excellent organisational and project management skills. German or Spanish working proficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Marketing, or a related field. German C1/C2. 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing – digital campaign management, content creation, social media management, website management, newsletters. The base gross monthly salary for this position
starts from EUR 2,300
