Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati. Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage client accounts, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of services

Monitor account performance and assist in identifying areas for improvement

Support onboarding processes for new clients

Ensure a high standard of professionalism in all communications
