What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Guide customers in evaluating and implementing informatics platforms
Support data analysis workflows in both research and clinical settings
Provide expert guidance on hardware, software, and integration for NGS applications
Influence purchasing decisions through scientific insight and stakeholder engagement
Deliver product demos and pilot analyses to showcase informatics solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
MSc or PhD in Genomics, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Computational Biology, or a related field
Hands‑on experience with NGS data formats (FASTQ, BAM, VCF), variant calling, annotation, and reporting
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and data security (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Fluent in English and either Spanish or Italian; fluency in both is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior sales experience is not required but a commercial mindset is beneficial
Experience engaging with scientific, clinical, and technical audiences
