Position Summary The Parking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily parking and valet operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, safe vehicle handling, and efficient traffic flow. This role supervises parking and valet staff, coordinates coverage for events, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Pay: $26.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift:

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30 pm

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Parking and/or valet parking supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work outdoors and stand or walk for extended periods

Flexible schedule with availability for

weekends, holidays, and special events

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if valet operations are involved)

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25–30 pounds as needed

Work in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Supervise daily parking and valet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

Lead, train, and support parking and valet attendants

Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage, including weekends and special events

Monitor performance and provide coaching and corrective action as needed

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Ensure proper traffic flow and safe vehicle movement within parking facilities

Enforce parking, safety, and operational procedures

Complete reports and assist with administrative tasks as required

Coordinate with management during high-volume events and peak times
