We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junor Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, have a positive “can do” attitude, and have a willingness to learn to complete tasks that help drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This is an entry level position and is designed to grow as your knowledge base and the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support : Assist the Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, Business Development, and Sales Coordinators with daily operations, including order processing, quote preparation, RMA requests, and client communications.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the CRM system
Reporting:
Generate and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards to support decision-making.
Order Management:
Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery in coordination with logistics and finance departments.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve administrative issues.
Documentation:
Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents as needed.
Team Coordination:
Support the sales team during onsite meetings, events, or campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education:
Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
0–3 years in a sales or sales support role (industry experience preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot)
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with a proactive attitude
