What You’ll Do As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customer accounts, managing order workflows, and ensuring seamless, accurate delivery of technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing customer quotes, including pricing validation, delivery timelines, and terms.

Processing customer purchase orders with accuracy and speed.

Managing order status through backlog reports, open orders, customer portals, and internal systems.

Monitoring and following up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.

Coordinating cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on‑time delivery.

Acting as a primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and suppliers.

Supporting business development efforts and assisting with Requests for Quotes (RFQs).

Providing consistent, high‑quality account management to both new and existing clients.

What You Bring

5-7 years of inside sales experience, ideally within technology, manufacturing parts, distribution, or a customer‑facing technical environment.

Proven success in negotiation, upselling, and relationship‑building.

Confidence in preparing, presenting, and refining customer quotes.

Experience using ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data tracking).

Excellent written communication skills, particularly via email.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a deadline‑driven environment.

Resourceful problem‑solving skills with sound critical thinking.

A proactive, collaborative self‑starter mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
