CED’s competitive Sales Training Program offers an approximate 24-month rotational experience across Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Outside Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and more. You will receive comprehensive training to develop the skills necessary to become a successful Account Manager within the company.
Reports to: Location or Division Manager
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Bachelor’s Degree
Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship by CED now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
Strong negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to solve complex problems
Outstanding communication skills, desire for a meaningful career, thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted industry
Working Conditions Status varies by training segment: warehouse, office, and external environments. Activities may involve lifting, sorting, standing, exposure to extreme heat/cold, and office work. Travel by car and air may be required.
Essential Job Functions
Learn all aspects of the CED business
Attend online and in‑person classes at various locations
Receive on‑the‑job training and mentorship
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with solar customers
Goal planning with Division and Training Managers
