Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the Rightworks' Team. This team is specifically geared toward nurturing and growing relationships within our base of existing customers. Account Managers use a consultative approach, making sure clients understand all things related to Rightworks and advising on how they can receive more value by using additional services alongside their existing subscriptions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, a successful Account Manager sets appointments, fosters relationships, closes deals, and manages their own pipeline.

Responsibilities

Establish ongoing relationships with customer base coming from multiple channels and have high-level consultative calls outlining the many ways a firm can leverage their relationship with Rightworks

Your goal is to engage our customer audience and introduce Rightworks as the one stop technology solution, with offerings ranging from QuickBooks hosting to fully outsourced IT

Regular forecasting and pipeline management

Ongoing training and skills improvement

Manage assigned accounts, field customer inquiries and routes items as needed

Responsible for heavy outbound calls/emails to set up regular appointments

Meet or exceed all quota targets – monthly, quarterly and annually

Collaborate closely with Product & Marketing, as well as channel teams

Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process

Become fully versed in the accounting industry - changes, trends, competitors, software, etc.

Travel required for association and industry events and customer visits as needed.

Requirements

SaaS sales experience 3-5 years

Preferred work experience in selling technology to Accounting Firms 3-5 years

Preferred work with prospecting and sales productivity tools (Groove, Clari, Salesforce)

Appointment setting and outbound calling experience

Excellent interpersonal and team collaborative skills

Excellent presentation skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

Preferred degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or relevant field
