Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator for a 12+ month contract opportunity located in Rockford, IL. This role is fully onsite, with flexibility to work from home on occasion if the need arises. Assists the sales force by providing daily administrative support. Processes a high volume of sales orders by email or other methods, takes phone calls from customers, communicates feedback from customers to the sales team, checks prices and the status of orders, and reports monthly results to the sales team. Assists customers by addressing customer inquiries or complaints.
