What is Required (Qualifications)

Problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and openness to feedback
Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally
Willingness to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training

Experience in retail or customer service environments
Familiarity with loyalty programs and omni-channel retailing
