Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach healthcare practices that would benefit from outsourced RCM solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and present tailored service solutions.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of healthcare leads and prospects.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including practice managers, physicians, and billing directors.
Collaborate with internal RCM operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handoff.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
Must be based in the U.S. with legal authorization to work.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in healthcare, RCM, or medical billing services.
Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes in the healthcare industry.
Proven track record in B2B sales, especially within the healthcare domain.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
