Cogir Senior Living is hiring
Call Center Sales Representatives
to serve as the first point of contact for potential residents and their families. This fully remote role pays
$30/hour plus commission
and offers flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll play a key role in responding to inquiries, booking tours, and providing compassionate guidance to families exploring senior living options.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about senior living communities
Schedule and confirm tours for prospective residents and families
Provide detailed information about services, amenities, and accommodations
Follow up on leads to encourage tours and build client relationships
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales team for seamless communication and lead handoff
Assist in resolving concerns or questions from potential residents
Maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor that reflects Cogir’s values
Candidate Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in sales, marketing, or healthcare is a plus)
Previous experience in sales or customer service within senior living required
Strong verbal communication skills and friendly phone presence
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
Ability to multitask and manage fluctuating call volumes
Dedicated, quiet, professional workspace with reliable high-speed internet
