Wehave an immediate opening for a Collision Center Estimator. An ideal candidatewill be an experienced estimator who is also a team player, hard-working,professional, and efficient.
Job Duties
Greeteach customer in the process of getting a vehicle repaired
Makeevery effort to satisfy the customer’s needs in regard to their automotiverepair
Schedulecustomer appointments
Makea customer feel comfortable and welcome during the sales and estimate process
Examinesdamaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical orinterior damage
Prepareall damage reports in an accurate and efficient manner
Negotiatean agreed price on every job prior to processing the job
Orderparts associated with each job
Trackdaily progress of jobs in process
Prepareand review all final bills and supplemental billings prior to delivery of thevehicle
Requirements
Musthave a valid driver’s license
Preferredrelationships with major insurance DRP programs
Teamoriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Must be state certified for estimating
I-Car certifications for estimating platinum level 1, 2 and 3 strongly preferred
Must be familiar with researching OEM repair procedures (Repair Logic)
