PTx is seeking a highly organized and hands‑on Farm Show Coordinator to manage the planning, logistics, and execution of farm shows and industry events across North America. This role plays a critical part in ensuring PTx has a strong and professional presence at trade shows through well‑executed exhibits, effective logistics, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Your Impact Manage logistics and planning for North American farm shows and industry events, including booth space, trucking, vendor coordination, and material delivery. Negotiate and manage contracts with event organizers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Travel to select farm shows to oversee booth setup, execution, and teardown. Maintain and organize the warehouse of trade show assets, including displays, demonstration stands, and marketing materials. Prepare, load, ship, and organize pallets, crates, and displays for events, and properly store materials upon return.
Transport displays and materials to fabrication shops, vendors, or event locations as needed. Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Product Support to ensure exhibits accurately represent current products and align with overall marketing strategy.
Support the North American Marketing and Events teams with additional events throughout the year. Manage vendor relationships and ensure professional brand representation at events. Track show expenses, manage budgets, and report spending to the Senior Event Manager.
Assist with loading and unloading event shipments and operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely. Help build, modify, and maintain demonstration stands and exhibit materials as needed.
Your Experience and qualifications Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, “get‑it‑done” attitude.
Comfortable performing physical work including lifting to 50 lbs. Ability to work weekends when required for event setup and teardown.
Willingness to travel 25–40% for farm shows and events. Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Mechanically inclined with the ability to repair or adjust show materials and displays.
3+ years of experience managing trade shows or industry events. Familiarity with the agriculture industry or farm equipment.
