We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our house accounts, phone and walk-in customers. This role is critical for managing relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering positive experiences. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service and Support:**

* + Provide high-quality customer service to house accounts and walk-in customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

+ Handle customer service inquiries providing accurate information and solutions to problems.

1. **Sales Support and Transaction Processing:**

* + Assist customers with transactions, orders, and purchases, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

+ Supporting the customer experience in partnership with the branch as needed.

+ Capture potential quantity discount upsell opportunities during customer interactions.

1. **Customer Relationship Management:**

* + Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

+ Solicit and record customer feedback, sharing insights with the sales and product teams to improve services and offerings.

1. **Record Keeping and Administration:**

* + Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the Customer Relationship Management system.
