PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Drive transformative enterprise solutions by bridging the gap between customer challenges and technical execution. Shape strategic, customer‑centric solutions that showcase the capabilities of KYP.ai's process intelligence platform, ultimately fostering business success and innovation.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with implementation teams from concept to deal closure, providing expertise for successfully deploying KYP.ai productivity intelligence platform in enterprise environments

Shape customer centric solution, lead scoping to generate technical solutions, estimates and approaches

Lead technical assessments of current state of enterprise processes and data so as to architect a path to transformation using KYP.ai platform

Conduct full technical discovery, identifying pain points, business and technical requirements, “as is” and “to be” scenarios.

Demonstrate experience presenting technical topics in front of a senior audience, including C-Levels

Apply methodology, reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work.

Contributing to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.

Lead or co-lead solution-related answers to RFPs issued by clients

Collaborate on both strategic and tactical level with KYP.ai partners

YOUR EXPERIENCE PROFILE

Have approx. 10 years of technical software solutions implementation, architecture design, evaluation, and investigation

Solid expertise across Application Architecture, Cloud, Security and (last but not least) AI/ML

Possess demonstrable experience in consultative approaches with solving business challenges and have a track record of successfully overcoming technical objections

Have relevant work experience in the area of enterprise software sales, pre-sales, or information technology consulting

Experience in working with analytical software and large amounts of data

Former exposure to business process modelling or process mining is would be a big plus

Engineering, Computer science, Mathematics or Physics degree

Discovery skills – analytical, structured thinking backed with capacity to comprehend new concepts

Dealing with complexity and ambiguity

Working proficiency in English
