Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a well-established commercial real estate owner and operator to identify a Regional Asset Manager. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee a large, complex portfolio of office and research assets, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and tenant satisfaction. The Regional Asset Manager will play a key role in asset strategy execution, portfolio performance, and oversight of third-party property management teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day asset performance across a multi-property portfolio, ensuring alignment with ownership objectives. • Partner with property management teams to deliver a high-quality tenant experience and maintain strong tenant relationships. • Lead the preparation and management of annual operating and capital budgets, including financial analysis and variance tracking. • Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client deadlines. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and property teams to manage R&M, CAPEX, and tenant improvement projects. • Partner with leasing and business development teams to support new leasing activity, renewals, and portfolio strategy.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred. • 5–7 years of progressive commercial property or asset management experience. • Experience managing third-party property management teams and multi-asset portfolios. • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi and proficiency in Microsoft Office. xsgimln • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
