We’re looking for a confident, organized, and people-savvy
Community Association Manager
to join our growing team in Georgia. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with boards and homeowners, and takes pride in keeping communities running smoothly.
What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of homeowner / condominium associations Partner directly with Boards of Directors to guide operations and decisions Oversee vendors, contracts, and community projects Prepare and review financials, budgets, and reports with accounting support Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups Handle homeowner communication, escalations, and compliance matters Ensure communities remain organized, compliant, and well-maintained
Ideal Candidate Profile Georgia CAM license (required or real estate license) HOA or onsite management experience preferred Strong communication and diplomacy skills Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure Financial literacy and organizational skills Tech-comfortable (management software, reporting tools, Teams/Zoom, etc.) Professional, accountable, and relationship-focused mindset
