to lead
ground-up commercial projects

Position Overview The Superintendent will be responsible for all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project success from mobilization through closeout.

Key Responsibilities Oversee
day-to-day field operations
on ground-up commercial projects Develop and maintain
project schedules , including 3-week lookaheads Coordinate and manage
subcontractors and trades on-site Enforce
jobsite safety standards
and company policies Ensure
quality control
and adherence to plans and specifications Collaborate with Project Managers on
budget, procurement, and change orders Lead
OAC meetings, subcontractor meetings, and site coordination Identify and resolve
field issues, conflicts, and delays xsgimln
Manage inspections, punch lists, and project turnover
Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in
commercial construction Proven track record with
ground-up projects
(start-to-finish) Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
