A well-established boutique commercial real estate firm is seeking a Property Manager to join their growing team. This is a high-impact role where you will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties while working closely with ownership, tenants, and vendors.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and playing a key role in the day-to-day success of commercial assets.
What We’re Looking For: Previous property management experience with industrial and/or retail (will consider multifamily, but really would prefer industrial/retail) Experience with Yardi Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with tenants and owners Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Compensation: $80K–$85K for candidates with retail/industrial experience $70K–$75K for candidates with only multifamily experience
What You’ll Do: Manage tenant relationships and ensure a high level of service Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and performance tracking Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects Schedule and manage third-party vendors Partner with ownership to provide updates, reporting, and recommendations Conduct regular property visits and ensure operational excellence
