This new $150M San Diego multifamily development is set to last 3 years and requires Superintendents who: - have experience on multifamily projects of at least 250 units - have experience on wood frame podium projects - are exceptional schedulers and can utilize P6
Both a xsgimln Lead Superintendent and Project Superintendent are needed for this project, and salaries for eligible candidates with range between $140k-$190k base + benefits.
