
Senior User Experience Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will contribute to innovative, user-centered design solutions for our eCommerce platform. You will deliver exceptional experience design by utilizing design thinking and data-driven strategies to create intuitive, high-impact solutions that continuously evolve in response to shifting business priorities and customer expectations.

Responsibilities: Lead UX research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations that inform design decisions Apply design thinking and other frameworks to drive innovation, solve real customer problems, and influence business outcomes. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate and validate design ideas. Optimize conversion rates using A/B testing, heatmaps, and behavioral insights. Present design concepts and rationale through storytelling and data. Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on user feedback and KPIs. Stay current with UX trends, tools, and technologies—especially AI. Champion inclusive design by adhering to WCAG standards and designing for diverse users.
Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience in UX design 4+ years of experience with Figma, prototyping, and design systems. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture Proven track record of designing and shipping impactful eCommerce experiences at scale. Organized, curious, and collaborative—thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. xsgimln Self-directed, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
