We are hiring an experienced
Roofing Sales Manager
to lead and grow our residential and commercial roofing sales operations in the Denver metro area. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven producer who thrives in the field and knows how to build revenue through
organic sales methods .
What You’ll Do Generate and close
commercial roofing sales
throughout the Denver market Consistently produce
$5–7M+ in annual revenue Drive sales through
organic methods
including door knocking, canvassing, referrals, and relationship-based selling Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives Lead by example in the field—conduct inspections, estimates, and sales presentations Coach team members on sales strategy, inspections, insurance processes, and closing techniques Work closely with operations and production to ensure smooth project execution Track pipeline, forecasts, and team performance using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of roofing sales experience
( commercial required) Proven track record generating
$5–7M+ annually
in roofing sales Strong experience with
door knocking and organic lead generation Previous experience
leading, managing, or mentoring a sales team Solid understanding of inspections, estimating, contracts, and insurance claims Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Nice to Have Existing book of business or strong Denver-area network Experience helping scale or grow a roofing division CRM and sales reporting experience xsgimln
