We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate Sales Executive (US Staffing) to work with us in the IT Staffing & Consulting domain. Ideal candidate should be a dynamic self‑starter, who loves to hunt and acquire new customers and help grow our current US and Caribbean customer base. Able to generate leads & close sales through cold calls and emails for new business development.
Minimum Experience Required
3 to 6 Years of US Sales experience, preferably from US Staffing domain
Sales training is a plus

Minimum Bachelors/Master Degree
Requirements
- Bring strong set of customer accounts that can be immediately contracted with and staffed
- 3 to 6 years of Business Development experience in hunting and acquiring new customers in US IT/Software staffing business
- Experience managing customer accounts, contracts and recruiters
- Experience working with customers in the US
- Skilled in verbal, written and oral communication
- Strong team player with a great attitude
- Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go getter)
- Ability to take ownership and drive issues to closure
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet targets for getting IT staffing requirements from US, Europe and Caribbean customers and work with recruitment to fill those requirements
- Work independently and under the supervision of the CxO team to seek out and acquire new customers’ business in Software IT staffing in the US, Europe and Caribbean markets
- Work with US, Europe and Caribbean customers to acquire new business
- Use LinkedIn and other tools to prospect and secure new business from US, Europe and Caribbean in IT Staffing and consulting
- Build a pipeline of new customer prospects
- Primarily responsible for lead generation; it’s a plus if you have experience in end‑to‑end sales process—generate leads, qualify, prospect, close and contract
- Use various tools such as LinkedIn and other means to acquire new customers
- Work with the recruiting team to staff and fill IT Staffing requirements
