Sales Director

HatchMed, WorkFromHome, WA, United States

HatchMed is a Seattle based medical device company founded in 2012 with a mission to provide solutions to patient and care team challenges with our innovative hardware and software. Our products increase patient safety and elevate the patient experience.

Our Products

Keeping hospital beds reliably connected to nurse call systems sounds simple, until bent pins, broken cables, and false alarms start piling up across every unit. Our bed connectivity product line solves these problems at every layer. BlackJack, our magnetic breakaway cable, replaces fragile standard connections and protects ports from damage. HighLight, our headwall-mounted LED indicator, gives staff instant visual confirmation that a bed is properly connected. And for facilities ready to eliminate cables altogether, BlueJack, our wireless Bluetooth adapter removes the physical connection entirely while maintaining reliable integration with the nurse call system.

Our Smart Hardware product line is designed to streamline care team workflows while integrating seamlessly with existing hospital infrastructure, making inpatient rooms smarter without adding complexity for staff. With HallMonitor, real-time patient information such as isolation status, fall risk, care team, and dietary needs is clearly displayed on a PoE-powered digital door sign at the room entrance. PillowCase is our bedside tablet that supports patient education, entertainment, and clinical tools. And ComCierge, our QR-based web app, turns a patient’s own smartphone into a room controller for lights, TV, temperature, and nurse requests.

Together, these solutions create a more connected, intelligent patient room, improving reliability, visibility, and the daily workflow for care teams while enhancing the patient experience.

Our Culture

At HatchMed we believe the best ideas come from working together, adapting quickly to change, and approaching every challenge with care and intention. We share perspectives openly, aim to support one another, and make decisions that balance innovation with impact. It’s a culture built on trust, flexibility, and respect — where we are guided by our values; collaboration, agility, and thoughtfulness.
