I am looking to hire a full-time VP Corporate Banking (cards division) role for a reputable banking company here in Madison, WI (53717) . It will be a direct-hire opportunity that is looking to interview and start right away!

Bonus: Yes

Address: Madison, WI (53717)

Schedule: M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Hybrid: Yes, 1-2 days per week once fully trained

Responsibilities

• Oversee BankCards division
• Responsible for managing card issuing, prepaid programs, departments budgeting, business development, credit quality, regulatory compliance, and implementation of processes procedures that create scalability and operation efficiencies
• Lead department through strategic vision and product evolution
• Implement strategies to meet income and budget objectives
• Responsible for the department regulatory and compliance requirements
• Oversee preparation and delivery of customer training and communications
• Assist with data management projects and system conversions
• Maintain accurate CRM sales and pipeline
