Job Summary
Leads efficient and effective Parking Transportation Services, Housing, and Campus Recreation & Wellbeing departments. Develops, executes, and evaluates strategic plans and new business models that maximize effectiveness and efficiencies, enhance service deliverables, and meet revenue goals. Oversees, administers and negotiates contracts for external services. Provides leadership for fiscal and administrative operations. Provides strategic leadership, training and guidance to assigned staff. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration or related field.
- Seven (7) years of experience in a related, complex, self-supporting, or for-profit business environment, including at least four (4) years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work second shift, weekends, and on call-hours as required.
