We are supporting the expansion of a well-established international logistics organization in the United States, with a strong focus on ocean freight (FCL / LCL) and air freight support , and we are looking for a Commercial Director to lead this strategic phase.

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy across the U.S. market.
  • Drive international business development , primarily in ocean freight (FCL / LCL).
  • Strengthen transatlantic trade lanes and global partnerships.
  • Coordinate commercial activity across multiple U.S. locations.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key strategic accounts.
  • Provide structure, vision, and long‑term growth direction.
  • Proven experience in international logistics , with strong expertise in ocean freight.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and commercial strategy.
  • Active portfolio of international clients (transferable).
  • Availability to travel within the U.S.
