Growth Marketing Manager
GrowthAssistant, Saint Louis, MO, United States
About GrowthAssistant
GrowthAssistant embeds elite global talent with growth-obsessed founders and marketing teams. We help companies scale faster, smarter, and more affordably. In just four years of profitable growth, we’ve scaled to over $20M in revenue and work with industry-leading clients such as DoorDash, Shopify, and Harry’s.
We’re a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company focused on building scalable systems, strong teams, and long-term partnerships.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our content‑ and event‑driven demand engine — with a performance mindset.
This role is for someone who thinks in systems and funnels, not just formats. You’ll treat webinars, in‑person events, and content as measurable growth channels, continuously improving how they drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
You’ll design programs, test and learn quickly, and build repeatable playbooks that get stronger over time. This is a hands‑on role on a small team, so comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and evolving scope is essential.
What You’ll Do
Content & Events as Performance Channels
Own the strategy and execution of webinars, virtual programming, and in‑person events
Design full‑funnel experiences: registration → attendance → engagement → meeting booked → pipeline
Build repeatable playbooks that improve conversion and pipeline contribution over time
Test topics, formats, speakers, offers, and distribution strategies
Repurpose high‑performing programs into scalable content across email, LinkedIn, landing pages, and sales enablement
Systems Thinking & Optimization
Reverse engineer what’s working — both internally and across the market — and apply those insights thoughtfully
Study competitor content, webinars, and events to identify gaps and opportunities
Track performance at each stage of the funnel and continuously refine programs based on data
Create lightweight systems and documentation so successful programs can be repeated and scaled
Pipeline & Revenue Impact
Define success metrics tied to qualified pipeline and revenue influence
Own reporting for content and event programs
Partner with sales to align on target accounts, invite lists, and follow‑up strategies
Translate performance insights into clear recommendations and next steps
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, leadership, content, and design to align programs with business priorities
Partner with customer‑facing teams to ensure messaging reflects real customer needs
Contribute to broader growth initiatives as needed — this is a small team, and lines will blur
Customer Experience & Brand Quality
Bring a customer‑first mindset to everything you build
Ensure content and events feel thoughtful, high‑quality, and genuinely useful
Balance performance rigor with care for how our brand shows up in the world
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
Experience owning webinars, content programs, or events that drove measurable pipeline or revenue
Strong analytical skills and comfort tying marketing activity to outcomes
A systems‑oriented mindset — you enjoy understanding how things work and making them better
Competitive in the sense that you care deeply about doing excellent work and improving results
Clear communicator who can explain what’s working, what’s not, and why
Comfort operating in fast‑moving, imperfect environments
Preferred Qualifications
Background in B2B SaaS or services marketing
Experience working closely with sales teams on pipeline generation
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
Experience building programs on small, high‑ownership teams
